Return & Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. We accept change of mind returns. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the Royalbaby item within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

We take full responsibility for the bike quality, if your products arrive damaged, faulty, please kindly contact service team within the return window.

For change of mind returns, return shipping needs to be paid by buyer side.

For size too big/small returns, return shipping needs to be paid by buyer side, so please kindly check the size chart and leave a note of your kids height, so that we can check the size for you.

Return postage for such big items like bikes can be expensive, so if you decide to exchange the bike with us, we offer to share our discounted shipping rates with you, prices usually around 15-20 usd per bike.  Pls kindly contact us at

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


Refunds (if applicable)

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and get the return address.


Received defective product
If you have a quality issue to report, you can write us an email at, and we will suggest you solutions. If we feel that the issue needs to be checked by the tech team, we will inform you to return and we will offer you a replacement product. You can email us and we can provide you with the return shipping address of our warehouse based on your location.
