Shipping policy

Royalbaby has agents in more than 60 countries across the world.   We offer free shipping to some countries like USA, Singapore etc.  Shipping costs to other countries may vary on basis of locations. Pls contact service@royal-bike.com to see if free shipping is availalbe.

  • How long will my order take?

    For orders to USA, it takes 3-5 business days for the bikes to arrive

    • Returns and exchanges

    Our policy lasts 30 days. We accept change of mind returns.  In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the Royalbaby item within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in the original packaging.

  • What if my order was placed more than 30 days ago?
    Out of Policy Cases

    If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, Royalbaby service team is still availiable to you, please contact service@royal-bike.com for a better solution.
